I am running Office 2007 and we are using AVG as our virus program. Now when I try to export a Crystal Report to pdf I get. A failed error.
I have been using Crystal Report 8.5 for a while. What we does is that thru asp we send a comand to ask crystal enterprise to generate report which is exported to PDF. It has been working fine for a long time but since the start of the week it, sundenly failed to export the report to pdf even if we try doing it thru crystal viewer. It wouldn't work.It comes up with the following error.
The export format 'u2fpdf:0' is not supported. [On Page Server: FCLAPP.pageserver]

Please help if anyone knows what's going on?
Ken All employees log into my domain server through terminal services with appropriate security for their accounts. Our internal app is VB6, and works perfectly, and they can even view reports on the screen. Problem is because the server is Windows 2000, there is a problem with printing remotely. Fine... no problem... I will just create a PDF through Crystal and automatically email it to them.
The domain server runs the app, while the database (Access 2000) and report files are on a second server.
Works great on a wide open ID such as mine... but, when the user tries to run the report to email, the app fails on the crxReport.Export False line with the error 'Error opening file. File could not be opened: 'ClassRoster:, at file location: 'ClassRoster'... even though the same operation to screen works perfectly from this user ID.
Thoughts?
